On fitsclassic.com, shipping is free for all orders sent to Italy, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United States, with no minimum purchase required. Items are delivered directly to the provided address, with no extra charges.

Processing and Shipping

Have you found your favourite item? Perfect, we strive to deliver it to you as quickly as possible. Each order is prepared with care and speed.

Here is how it works:

  • After receiving the order, we need 1-2 working days to process it. Orders received on weekends or during holidays may experience slight delays.

  • Once processed, the order is shipped. The average delivery time is 6-8 working days.

Therefore, the total shipping time is generally between 7-10 working days.

Cut-off time for orders: 22:00 (CET/CEST – Rome Time)

At the time of shipping, you will receive an email with the tracking code to monitor the delivery status. Instructions for tracking are available in the dedicated section.

Delivery Received

Order Not Received?

If the package is lost or undeliverable for logistical reasons, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost. If the order does not arrive within 60 days, we will issue a full refund.
